Zoe Alowan Kauth will share the process in how she and husband, Bill Kauth, created their community — illuminating what works and what doesn't — as well as how to manage challenges, and the proven practices that creates deep and meaningful connections where everyone feels the preciousness of belonging and purpose for the rest of their lives.

Zoe Alowan Kauth lived in community and has been deeply engaged in sacred art for decades. As an artist, singer and healer, she weaves people together with authenticity and wisdom. She facilitates with humor and insight, co-honoring the divine feminine and masculine. She was one of the founders of Awakening Women and the Nevada City Threshold Choir.
In 2005, Zoe met Bill Kauth at Burning Man and over the last 15 years they have been teaching what works to bring people together into a committed, non-residential loving personal community they call "tribe". They have created their own tribe in Ashland, Oregon of 20 members and have helped start tribes in Belgium, Asheville, N.C., and Grass Valley, Ca.
Zoe and Bill have traveled to over 60 cities and 8 countries offering the Time for Tribe Training and co-authored the book We Need Each Other. In a time of increasing isolation, the art of tribe is vital. Currently Zoe and Bill have developed online "Time for Tribe" courses.
