But what do you do if you perpetuate your own subconscious beliefs around getting older? In this invigorating talk, Lisa will share her Four Pillars of Artful Aging, with a focus on how to rebrand aging in your own mind and in your own life.

In This Session:

  • Undo the narrative you’ve created about getting older so that you feel more passionate, confident and on fire with your life
  • Transform the notions of “It’s too late”, “I’m too old”, or any of the other aging myths that block you from having the life your desire
  • Learn how to rectify society’s prejudices of aging women by the one secret act accessible to all women
